SOPHIM extends its influence in the nutraceutical industry with the acquisition of Novastell

SOPHIM announces the acquisition of Novastell, a leading supplier of nutritional and functional ingredients. The transaction, finalized in September 2023, led to an official presentation of the teams in Peyruis, in the south of France, in early 2024.
SOPHIM’s acquisition of Novastell represents a strategic move aimed at furthering the company’s expansion. With a strong presence in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, SOPHIM is pursuing its growth with this acquisition. A merger marking a new stage in SOPHIM’s diversification. Through this integration, SOPHIM raises its consolidated sales for 2023 to 36 million euros, with a total workforce of 80, while asserting its status as an integrated and autonomous player.
